This canary does not configure analytics, advertising or other optional services. The only browser preference created by DBM Consent records the decision, grants, policy and runtime versions, capture time and expiry needed to remember and enforce your choice.

You can accept, reject or customize optional purposes. Because this pilot has no optional service, no such service is activated by any choice. The privacy-control launcher remains available after a decision so you can reopen or withdraw it.

Failure behavior

If the central runtime, a configuration or a reviewed profile is unavailable or invalid, DBM Consent fails closed: optional services remain blocked and a protective status is shown.
